This site is being developed and maintained for the purpose of creating a "cyber version"
of the Commercial Real Estate Paper; a full color publication that prints every other month.
All ads that run in the Commercial Portfolio Publication are also displayed on this web site
and offer each Realtor a direct link to their individual web sites simply by clicking on their ad.
This web site is being developed to allow all listings to be searched for by type and area within Montana.
Database functions will allow members to archive sales for future reference and trend forecasting.
It will also give Commercial Brokers a direct link to each other where they can communicate their needs
and poll one another, while keeping a "cyber log" of the interaction.
Broker and affiliate memberships, are provided with access to the sites "data input" and
enjoy the ability to run "data harvesting" filters. The memberships are granted for an entire office or
for individuals.
Membership charges will be assessed when the database information has been loaded and
the site has becomes fully activated.
Developmental changes will be taking place as the site is finalized, based on user feedback and
implementation of all desired functions.
